Amazonas

‘Amazonas’ is the name of the cacao beans used to make this bar. The beans are farmed by smallholder communities in northern Peru, between the Andean Mountains and the Amazon plain. They have a balanced chocolaty body, pleasant acidity with flavours of hazelnuts and tropcial fruit.
